*This service is limited to general household waste and separates it in accordance with local government rules.

**One unit is three 45L bags (up to approximately 150L) containing up to three types of waste: burnable, non-burnable (plastic waste, non-burnable waste), and recyclable waste. (The number of bags may increase after sorting, but the fee will not change.)

If you do not have a 24-hour garbage collection point, please apply separately for "Dashiraku+", where we will come to your home at a set date and time to collect your garbage.

*If there is any waste that has not been properly disposed of, such as waste that poses safety or hygiene problems, decayed items, excrement, liquids, items related to insect or pest infestations, heavy items, hazardous materials, chemicals, or similar items, the service may be suspended at the discretion of the on-site staff. No refunds will be given.

Please bring plenty of garbage bags that comply with local regulations.

If the completion of the work exceeds 1.5 hours by more than 10 minutes, please finish as much as possible within the time limit or purchase an additional time ticket.

** Oversized waste disposal is not included in this service and requires a separate quote.

We do not accept trash disposal or trash removal on any other day.
