Transport the sorted household waste to the collection point.
*Only sorted, bagged general household waste is accepted. Please use garbage bags that comply with the rules.
**Up to five 45-liter bags of sorted garbage will be brought to the collection point.
If your home does not have a 24-hour collection point, we will visit you at a time that conforms to local municipal rules to assist with disposal (reservations required).
*If the waste contains items that pose safety or hygiene problems (such as decayed items, excrement, liquids, or insects or vermin infesting the garbage), heavy items, hazardous materials, chemicals, or other items that exceed the scope of general household garbage, or similar items, the service may be suspended. In such cases, refunds will not be given.
**If the amount exceeds 5 bags, please request "garbage disposal + additional purchase" before the work is completed on the day.
We do not accept trash for take-out.
We are not responsible for any problems that arise from customers sorting their trash.
A separate quote will be required for bulky waste disposal. Please contact us via chat.

*分別、袋詰め済みの家庭一般ごみ、または分別が不十分で仕分けが必要なごみに対応します。
**45リットル袋を単位として5袋を超えた1袋ごとに追加対応を行います。
例：45ℓ総数が6袋の場合（+1）、
そのうち分別が必要な2袋がある場合（+2 ）で、
「ごみラク」数量1と「ごみラク」（＋数量3） をご購入ください。
ご不明点はチャットでご連絡ください。
ご利用上の注意
安全・衛生上問題のあるもの（腐敗したもの、排泄物、液状のもの、虫や害獣が発生している状態など）、重量物、危険物、薬品など一般家庭ゴミの範囲を超えるもの、それらに準ずるものなどの廃棄物が混ざっている場合はサービスを中断することがあります。その場合の返金はできません。
ごみの持ち帰りはお受けしておりません。
お客様による分別についてのトラブルは当方では責任を負いかねます。
