Before making your reservation...

■Reservation date

Basically, we take a reservation each time. You can apply whenever you need hands without signing weekly/monthly service.

 

We ask you to make your reservation no later than 6days in advance.

 

In case you need an urgent request, we ask for extra tickets below:

   

5-3days notice: + extra 1 hour ticket

2-1days notice: + extra 3 hours ticket

less than 1day: we won’t be able to take reservations.  

 

Please be reminded that these urgent requests are not guaranteed due to availability.

 

■Change/Cancel

You can change/cancel the reservation time by 72 hours before it. (e.g. reservation date: 10AM Nov 4,  Change/cancel deadline: 10AM Nov 1. ) After that, we are not able to take any change or cancellation since we already assigned our staff for you, and our cancellation policy below will be applied. 

 

 

■Cancellation fee

3-2days notice: 50% of reserved service(round up uneven amount)

1day or less: 100% of reserved service

 

In case you don’t have equivalent tickets, we will issue the invoice separately. The set value will not be applied. If we couldn’t receive the payment by the due date, 100% of arrears will be added every 30 days.  

 

Change request less than 72 hours notice will be regarded as cancel. It is because we need to compensate for our valuable housekeepers who already assigned for the service. Our cancellation is strict and we regret that we may not accept any case except medical emergency or natural disaster.

 

 

■Regular Service

Regular service is available for customer who needs our service weekly/monthly basis.

 

However, please be noticed that In case you need to skip the service, the make-up date must be scheduled in the same month. Of course, we will do our best to arrange it, but we might cancel the order in case of a staff shortage.
