Before making your reservation...

Please make reservation before 6 days in advance.

For regular service, please specify

  -how many times per month or

  -day and time in a week.

In case you need to skip, a make-up date has to confirmed within the same month.

 

Of course, we do our best to respond to all of your requests, however, it might be refused in case we couldn't make the arrangement, unfortunately.

Express Reservation

5 to 3 days in advance:  extra 1-hour ticket will be collected.

2 to 1 days in advance:  extra 3-hour ticket will be collected.

On the day: sorry, we don't take it...

 

Cancellation policy

 

Cancel fee:

3 to 2 days in advance: 50% of the total fee 

1 to 0 days in advance: 100% of the total fee 

 

In case no tickets left, you need to buy new tickets. Also, in case you didn't pay the amount until the due date we provide, 100% of arrears every 30 days. Please be noted.

After 72 hours before your reservation time, any change will not be applied. We only take cancel because we need to compensate already assigned workers at that time. We adopt a strict cancellation policy. Any negotiation will not be taken except natural disasters, severe illness or incidents we think relevant. (certification documents must be submitted)
